A requirement of the jig was that it would be able to hold a 20 pound force in the X, Y, and Z, direction with no more than a .01 inch movement. After performing this test with multiple trials no movement was measured in any of the three axes directions.

After this was done, a real test was performed with a c-clamp casting locked in place and the hole for the c-clamp was drilled. No movement occurred in the piece and the jig performed as predicted.

Final weight turned out to be 6.45 pounds, and was calculated at 6.29 pounds.

Larger bolts than anticipated accounted for the weight.

Still under 10 lb limit for the jig.

After clamping the c-clamp casting down in the jig multiple time no significant deformation was seen.
